A single uploaded image — selfie, hand-drawn sketch, or character concept — is enough to start a model. Front-facing shots with even lighting and clear facial features produce the most accurate results.

Two-minute 3D preview

The Tripo AI workflow returns an initial model in roughly two minutes. Buyers rotate it, change pose, expression, and style, or swap in different reference photos before paying.

Artist refinement and print

Every generated model passes to 3D artists who retouch facial features, proportions, hairstyle, clothing, and accessories, then print it in resin with full-color finishing and a manual inspection.

Style and prompt controls

Templates cover TRPG miniature, Soft Chibi, Classic Chibi, Anime 1:7, Pixar Style, Mini Pop, Cinematic, Realistic, Couple Series, and a Free Style route. A prompt box accepts outfit, pose, accessory, expression, and hair requests.

Six sizes and custom scale

Figures ship at 4cm, 5cm, 6cm, 7cm, 8cm, or 10cm along the longest dimension, with sizes above that quoted individually up to 30cm. Unpainted white models and downloadable GLB/OBJ/STL files are separate options.

What file formats arrive with the physical order?

A printed and painted figurine ships as the default product. An unpainted white model is available through support, and GLB, OBJ, or STL downloads are sold separately with the link in the confirmation email.

How accurate is the likeness?

Accuracy depends on the reference supplied. Reviewers report strong matches to drawings and photographs, while others note off-color skin, hair, or base details, so clear front-facing input matters.

Can a figure be changed after ordering?

Complex edits before modeling begins are billed as a fee. Once sculpting or printing has started, neither changes nor cancellations are accepted.

What happens if the parcel arrives damaged?

Report the problem within seven days of delivery with photos or video and an order number. The team answers within three business days and offers a free replacement for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Does the order include import duties?

Not necessarily. Depending on the destination country, duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged to the recipient, so checking with a local customs office before ordering is advised.

Is gift packaging available?

Yes — gift-ready packaging can be selected at checkout for figurines, bracelets, and other items.

What payment methods are accepted?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all supported, and discount codes can be applied at checkout.

• Optionally type a prompt describing outfit, pose, accessories, facial expression, or hair adjustments.
• Generate and review the 3D preview, regenerating with another style or photo set if the likeness is off.
• Choose the figure height — 4cm through 10cm, or a quoted custom size — and complete checkout.
• Track the order with the order number and email from the tracking page once it ships.
