The proposal appears as a before-and-after diff that the user can apply or discard in full. Otto also offers a one-click Prioritise feature that scores every task by urgency using a hybrid model (deterministic rules plus AI reasoning) and groups them into Do Now, This Week, Can Wait, and Reconsider, optionally suggesting due-date or delegation changes that require user approval.
